Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility
Due to the sensitive nature of research peptides, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- Product arrived damaged or compromised
- Incorrect product was shipped (wrong peptide or concentration)
- Product purity does not meet stated COA specifications
- Temperature excursion during transit compromised product integrity
2. Return Window
Claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery for domestic orders and 14 days for international orders. Claims submitted outside these windows may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
3. Return Process
- Contact our support team at nancy729smith@gmail.com with your order number and description of the issue.
- Include photographic evidence of any damage, incorrect items, or compromised packaging.
- Our quality team will review your claim within 2 business days.
- If approved, we will provide a return authorization and prepaid return shipping label.
- Returns must be shipped within 5 business days of authorization.
4. Refunds
Approved Returns
Full refund to original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product. Shipping costs for approved returns are covered by VERTEXpeptide.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened or reconstituted peptides cannot be returned due to quality control requirements. Products stored or handled contrary to provided guidelines are not eligible for return. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for research compounds.
5. Replacement Policy
For qualified returns, we offer the choice between full refund or replacement shipment at no additional cost. Replacement orders are prioritized for immediate processing and include upgraded shipping at our expense.
